things that get in the way of exercise

I like to exercise first thing in the morning. If I don't get to, it seems much harder to get to later in the day. A lot mornings, my husband wants me to do something for him which takes me away from home for most of the morning and messes up my exercise time. I plan to try to get in my exercise before breakfast from now on and maybe that will help.
