things that get in the way of exercise

I like to exercise first thing in the morning. If I don't get to, it seems much harder to get to later in the day. A lot mornings, my husband wants me to do something for him which takes me away from home for most of the morning and messes up my exercise time. I plan to try to get in my exercise before breakfast from now on and maybe that will help.

    I'm like that too. I can take a walk later in the day, but regular exercise never happens if the day goes on too long. Be sure to fuel your body a little before you work out. Pam

    I am so much like you! I like to do it first thing or it doesn't get done. Sometimes I can sneak in a 10 minutes workout even if I have to leave.
