Stress of the Holidays

emoticon Thanksgiving is coming up quickly and emoticon Christmas around the corner.
emoticon I am still doing my board on my frig having a hard time getting in my Leslie 3 times a week which has me a little down emoticon
Was really hoping my boyfriend would be not smoking so much anymore but that is not happening and he stinks so badly emoticon bummed about that.
Decided with the holidays and feeling pressure about writing in the groups every day of my goals met so much stress at work this time of year can't let all this get to me. Feel guilty enough when I don't get my walks in then to come on here and not be able to put it on my tracker just gets me down to much right now.
I do my steps everyday, still waiting for my Fit Bit One to arrive, until then I have my pedomter and walk with Leslie 3 times a week. emoticon right now that's all I can handle.
Some times we need to give our selves a break of always being so hard on our selves. Tomorrow is always a new day to make a change if we want too.
emoticon sometimes we just need to dance and just be happy and thankful we are able to get up in the morning and have a productive day, no matter what we do.

    I just put up a thread about de-stressing on Feeling Fit Friends. How timely!

    I am looking at the fitbits. Tara got me interested again, and now reading your blog I'm even more interested.

    I need to re-do my chart and this time include the walks with Leslie.

    You are right - give yourself a break and don't be so hard on yourself! Give thanks for all that you do accomplish because we can't fit everything in everyday!
    Exercise is a part of the fitness program, but it is not the entire package. Even if you don't have fitness to track each day, keep returning here for the support of all your SP friends! Keep tracking your nutrition, drink your water and read inspirational quotes to lift your spirits and keep you motivated. I hope you enjoy your holidays!     Sometimes there is not enough time in the day to do everything. Being an ex smoker..a lot of smokers do not realize just how bad cigarette smoke smells. Keep moving forward!
