The Next 4 Weeks

My goals over the next 4 weeks (til Dec 16th):
-workout at least 4 times each week
-eat at least 3 salads as meals per week
-eat out 4 meals per week max
-eat only 2 things per day that I consider of little nutritious value (ie. cookies, goldfish)
-drink once per week max
-make it below 155 lbs
-take my vitamins + iron everyday
-ace my exams

    Quite a load!! Take it easy on yourself and be sure that you use the nutrition data section to count calories and's a great help to me in staying in line.
