How I'm doing...

-workout at least 4 times each week: 1,
-eat at least 3 salads or soups as meals per week: 1,
-eat out 4 meals per week max: 1, 2,
-eat only 2 things per day that I consider of little nutritious value (ie. cookies, goldfish):

->Wednesday: met
-drink once per week max:
-take my vitamins + iron everyday:
->Sunday: yes
->Monday: yes
->Tuesday: yes
->Wednesday: yes

    my sister lost 105 pounds walking 15000 steps a day at age 63.

    i lost 44 pounds by giving up grain and sugar products at age 60.

    i use a salad plate as a dinner plate.

    i use a childs for and spoon so i eat slower. it takes your brain 20 minutes to tell your stomach your full.
