Back on track

Yay Thanksgiving weekend is over and I stayed the same weight! I was worried because my careful plan of moderating what I eat on Thanksgiving did not happen. I steered clear of all the dessert and the stuffing but the mashed potatoes and rolls did me in! Good thing I was very careful at the beginning of the week. It was really hard after Thursday to get back on track but now I am.
I signed up for 7 different 5k races and am really looking forward to them. I even put my shirt size as one size smaller for the races a month in the future! I also signed up for the warrior dash again. Now that I know what I am in for I am both more and less nervous than this last one. I know what the race will be like, but I know what the race will be like and how muddy I will get! Unlike the last one I will try to keep my shoes on the entire time and not get them stuck in the mud on the second obstacle. Walking an obstacle course barefoot was doable but I don't want to try it again!
So here is to a great couple of weeks before Christmas and getting and staying back on track.
