My plans for the break between BLC20 and BLC21

Here is my plan for the break between BLCs:

-Continue working out 30-60 minutes Monday-Friday
-Aim for at least 20 minutes Saturday/Sunday
-Stick to half marathon training plan

-Get in the habit of tracking daily...even if I have to catch up the next day
-Stay in range 6 days per week
-Keep one splurge day but start tracking it so I know exactly how bad it is and whether its worth it

-Keep texting SP friend Kassi
-Check in at the Cafe Lounge and BLC20 Mochas thread
-Talk to DH about helping me stick to my plan and what he can do to assist

This is my plan for the next several weeks between the BLCs. I hope each of my SP friends will help keep me accountable during the break as I hope to do the same for others. Let's do this friends!! Let's make these holidays successful in our healthy lifestyles.
