Only shakes was not for me

I can't stick to only drinking shakes. I decided to go back to what I know works... 1200-1500 calories per day. I didn't realize that eating under 900 calories a day and then working out 300-600 calories per day wasn't going to work at all. I was STARVING all the time. Well, no wonder! The person who I was using as a "coach" said they don't exercise on the shake diet. They didn't realize I was exercising. Nice. Of course I need to exercise! I am training for a half marathon!! So, there is that!
