Why when i start feeling good about myself or i start accomplishing something i stop why?? I cant figure it out ...feeling really sad and disappointed today

    It takes a while to gain new habits. It may start out as something that you have to think about and make yourself do, then eventually it becomes second nature. If you only do one thing each day, be sure to check into you Spark each day and log that food. Eventually you'll find you're making different food choices as part of your natural day.

    I know what you mean--change can be uncomfortable! Even when it's a positive change.
    I've found that positive practices are more sustainable when I go slowly. My natural inclination is to jump in with both feet, but that usually backfires on me, and when I make one little slip-up, I let the whole thing slide.
