2013 is fast approaching ...time to get my goals posted and printed out....
I WILL hit my goal weight of 145
I WILL train for the
Oklahoma City Memorial Half Marathon in April
I WILL run 13.1 miles without stopping
I WILL start a Fitness Camp at my church...
Already in the works – starts January 7th
I WILL have Self-Control over my eating
I WILL limit fast food eating to one time a month
I WILL de-clutter, purge, organize my house & paper files
*I have others BUT these are top on my list.
To help me reach my goal weight...I made weight loss jars.
For every pound I lose I will move a marble to the “Pounds Destroyed” jar.
