Here I go again!

That time of year to evaluate changes I need to make. I definitely need to change my eating and exercising both. I have let it go a lot this fall. So starting today Dec. 29, 2012 I tracked my food and exercise on here again. I am not trying to diet just watch calories. It helped me a lot when I did it consistently on here back in 2010. It took 6 months but I had lost 17 pounds. Now I weigh about 10 more pounds than when I started it then after gaining the 17 back. So my goals for 2013 are to write down what I eat whether in a notebook or on here, and to complete P90X by the end of June. I want to do 30 days of it by the end of February. That gives me 2 months instead of one month because I like to go to the Y sometimes too and can get a bit more variety. I did actually finish P90X2 last May. I had lost several inches even when the weight didn't come down as much as I had hoped. So I started measuring again today too. That way I can be encouraged by any changes in my body that are happening but would not normally be noticed very well. I definitely need to make changes in my life that I can live with and stick with. So here I go again!
