So my mom text me the other day and asked me to make the dessert for my brother's birthday party Sunday.....I swear I always get assigned to dessert when I am dieting....anyways I think she actually does it to help me (so I can make something healthy). I used to bake all the time when I dieted when I was in my early 20's living at home.... I would bake it and everyone would eat it ( I am the oldest of 6) and then I would feel better. Now that I'm married the last thing I want to do is make sugary crap form my own kids....
so I don't bake often. Well today I decided I was going to make something really bad "Chocolate Chip Cupcakes" and I'm not going to stop there I'm also going to make "Moist Almond Cake" and last but, not least a recipe from Fruityful "Easy Applesauce Pumpkin Muffins" so that I have something I can eat when they are all eating the other crap...I haven't figured out the calories on the Chocolate Chip Muffins yet but, the Almond Cake is 148 Calories ...If I don't put anything on it and the Apple-Pumpkin Muffins are 97 Calories. Anyways I just wanted to share....BTW this is what I am doing to keep myself from eating Chips and drinking Rum all night
