I made it through my first Saturday of the year!

I made it! I made it! I made it!

I logged all my food...( I even had 3 drinks ) after hours of pouting.

I baked pastries for my brothers birthday party today and I ate Carnitas.

I was down another..1.8lbs this morning emoticon

Last January I started the year off at 209.6 and this year I am starting it off at 208.8.

I would now say I have finally figured out how to maintain!

So....this year it's time to take off 80 pounds...reach my goal...and start my maintenance program (I think fitbit will be perfect for that)

Happy New Year everyone 2013 is going to be my year...Did I mention I booked A 7 day cruise to the Eastern Caribbean for this year? emoticon

    It's just Saturdays after 2pm until bedtime that I have a problem....I'm fine Fridays,Sundays and all morning Saturdays.
