Sundays are for laying around

This is the hardest day for me to get steps on my Fitbit..... It's the only day my husband and I both have off ...so I just want to lay around and watch t.v. .....I think that would be fine except I also want to eat and according to my fitbit ...if I dont move I only have 700 calories that I can eat today....and I need at least 1500 to feel happy
So today when I first got out of bed I did 25 minutes on my treadmill and then did a few things around the house ....now I'm going to take a quick (50 min) walk in the freezing cold outside and then call it good for the day...I'm hoping those two things will help me hit my goal of 10,000 steps today and will allow me to be able to eat what I want (ok maybe now what I want but, smaller portions of what I want).
