New Year, Even Better You

It used to always be ... New Year, New You ... but really, I love the You I am, so let's not change me altogether. What I do want to do is to add some healthy habits to my life, just add something healthy ... and make it a habit.

This week I committed to 10 minutes of exercise a day. I know that daily exercise is a bit of a stretch to commit to, so I'm just saying that this is for this week.

2013 - Week 1. How about each week we add something healthy, or commit to a healthy habit just for the week. Something will keep, something will feel good and right with my personal week, my personal habits. Then, just keep going and see where this leads.

I started with a group challenge to lose 13 pounds in 13 weeks in 2013 .. this is week one. Today, I did 11.5 min on the treadmill, for half a mile. Go Me!
