As with every time I am determined to workout there ends up to be an obstacle. I just have a cold but felt so achy all day yesterday and awful that I didn't workout. Today I am doing some better but was busy all morning and felt wiped out by the late afternoon that all I could do was rest. Anxious to workout again but don't have the energy. Still tracking food, drinking lots and lots and lots of water, and hoping to get back to it soon.
