I absolutely LOVE salads. I'm getting back into eating them. I've discovered that I really enjoy eating them with Avacado, red pepper, cheese, and a bit of salad topper mix. I also use balsamic vinagarette. YUM

I've also realized that I love pita chips dunked in 2 % Milk Breakstones Cottage cheese. That is what is next to the salad!

    emoticon Yummy! I love Salads too. I also like to cut up the thin sliced turkey and put on mine and low fat shredded cheese (about a Tablespoon) and a Tablespoon of the roasted sliced almonds. Then I count it as a meal with 2 or 3 of the sesame Akmak crackers (only 22 calories a cracker and they are pretty pieces of cracker). It is one of my favorite evening meals if I am to tired to make much. Even my husband likes it, though he usually has a sandwich with his. He does not need to be counting calories as much as me!
