A new goal for this week.

I have not been able to exercise this week due to heel pain and the doctor put a tape splint on my foot and told me not to exercise. Just do the heel stretches he gave me and nothing else. I was discouraged over not getting to exercise already, but made a new goal this week to learn something new about nutrition each day. I have been trying to read articles on here more. I worked on a menu and looked up some recipes on here too. I have the grocery list ready to go for tomorrow. While not exercising, I am trying to educate myself a little more. It is helping with staying motivated to at least eat a little healthier and stay in my ranges here on sparkpeople.

    Could you do upper body strength training while not on your feet?

    Once you try your new recipes make sure to share which ones your family really liked on the recipe swap thread in the homeschooling prek to high school group! I would love to hear some new ideas.
