A new goal for this week.

I have not been able to exercise this week due to heel pain and the doctor put a tape splint on my foot and told me not to exercise. Just do the heel stretches he gave me and nothing else. I was discouraged over not getting to exercise already, but made a new goal this week to learn something new about nutrition each day. I have been trying to read articles on here more. I worked on a menu and looked up some recipes on here too. I have the grocery list ready to go for tomorrow. While not exercising, I am trying to educate myself a little more. It is helping with staying motivated to at least eat a little healthier and stay in my ranges here on sparkpeople.
