Quiet me time and time to regroup thoughts

I'm enjoying the quietness of the morning. Noone is awake yet requiring my time. I'm able to sit with Spark People and plan my day/week. With a cup of coffee close by and solitude (for a short time) - what more can a girl ask for? I have alot of projects in the works and need to organize/prioritize and chip away at each one. I've started a list and would like to finish at least one per week. I'm really trying to organize all drawers and closets. I'm in the "get rid of mode" these days. It all feels good as I work at it little by little. I want to plan my exercise out for one week ahead. Wake up each day with Spark People at 5:00 am and do a video. Make sure I take a morning break and walk at work. Go directly to fitness center when I leave work at 2:00 pm. If I'm not able to, I have a back up kettle bell video from Netflix. I'm going to make it a GREAT week.

One should strive to maintain good health by a blanced diet and exercising regularly.
