12 day exercise streak

I guess I finally have a goal I have to work for and feeling stronger already. I'm having my right knee replaced March 7th and have leg exercises to do twice a day from the Doctor.
We also bought a recumbent bike since I was unable to walk on tread mill more that 8 to 10 minutes. I also have now added arm exercises now. Up to 30 minutes at 8-9 mph.

I'm determined to come out of the good and be able to take my long walks again.
