Pep Talk With Myself...

It would seem I have hit a plateau... 22lbs down and a knee injury has stalled my weightloss. I am not going to do what I normally do and give up. I have worked too hard and have earned those 22 lbs I lost. I will keep up the work... I was able to do some vigorous cardio last night without hurting my knee. We will see what the scale says next week. =) OK, glad we had this pep talk!

    I know where you're coming from I broke my ankle four years ago and It can really get in my way sometimes. Stick with finding ways around it and you'll be that much more proud of yourself!

    Awesome job so far!!! A injury can be difficult to deal with. try the recumbent bike, elliptical and strength training to help you getthe calorie burn you need while your knee heals!
