Dirty 30: Day 1 - WooWeee

Good morning everyone! Day is day one of the Dirty 30 challenge! This morning I decided to do a different workout. A website that I am a fan of is muscleandstrength.com. From the website I downloaded the following workout. I only got through about 1/2 the workout (below) in my 30 min. It was tough, but I put this one in my routine. Anything that makes me sweat is a good workout for me!

Bodyweight Squats 1 80
Leg Lifts 1 70
Jumping Jacks 1 60
Crunches 1 50
Bodyweight Squats 1 40
Knee Extensions 1 30
Hands Up Push Ups 1 20
Burpees 1 10
