Slow & Steady

Today was a pretty good day. I had breakfast and a snack, but didn't have time for lunch. Wasn't feeling hungry at all tho. I logged on to the site and put my actual weight and set my new weight loss goal, and I feel very optimistic about everything. We'll see how long that last, right? lol You know what they say, slow & steady wins the race. I'll eventually get to that finish line.

I just got released from my seasonal position, my last day is this Saturday, but I'm not stressing about it. I was mentally prepared for it, and I know that God will make a way for me. So, I'm going to stay focused and positive. I'm going to keep watching what I eat, try to move more and most importantly FIND A JOB!!! Sticking to my goals is one of my new years resolutions. I'm been doing pretty good at it. I'll take this time off to get more organized at home and hopefully my other goals will be easier to reach.

Time for dinner. I'm taking left over roast beef, put it in a flower tortilla with low fat cheese and pico di gallo. YUM!
