Habits-Day 3

I really need to get into the habit of this one.
Brushing my teeth in the evenings (before bed).
I am usually so tired, I just go to bed. All my mediciations are taken around dinner time, so I don't spend a lot of time before bed in the bathroom.
I just had my teeth cleaned. They mentioned that they could see I do brush and floss. But really, really, stressed that I should also brush at night, before bed.
I am doing this once in awhile, but need to get in the daily habit of accomplishing this goal.

    I am also bad for this, but just make it a point to maybe make a chart and when you do it get a sticker or a chart. I know it sounds silly, and when you get so many give your self a reward, lt doesn't have to be a big thing, but I find that always helps me stay on track and once you do it for a few weeks it will become habit :) emoticon
