I have hit a stand still on getting my weight down past 206. I am going to try eating more vegetables since I can't eat fiber foods due to potassium. I have a list of low potassium vegetables and am trying to eat more veggies than fruit daily. Am going to change my exercise pattern when I can exercise in the morning now that I have 3 days without running making deliveries. A friend suggested this to me and I'm willing to try it and see if it works better.
I have an appointment to have an echo-cardiogram and get a holter monitor to wear for 24 hours tomorrow. Then go back to see the cardiologist in two weeks. Praying that all will go well.
