Still planning, working great!!

Been planning my food and it is going good. I still snack some that is not on my plan, but I am working on that. I am still within my calories and that is good.

I am feeling like I can actually lose this weight. Lose not only what I have put on since January. but also down to where I ultimately want to be. It is about 100 pounds, but I have my goal set for a year from now, that should be doable. And it isn't for a certain event in my life or anything, it is just for me. Sure, along the way there will be dates set. Like April 26th we leave for Dominican Republic for 5 days. I would like to be down 20 pounds by then... but I could definitely be down more than that at this point. I will stick to my 20 pound goal and go from there. I want to be realistic and not over extend myself just to not meet my goals.
