Down 14.8 pounds!

I know I have 100 pounds to lose, but being down 14.8 pounds in such a short period of time is awesome to me and I feel so motivated. I had the flu, so that was part of it. And then some of it was water weight and I know that... but it is stil a HUGE number for a week.
I haven't been able to exercise at all, but going to go today and walk since we have a 10k next weekend. We are hoping to do 6 miles total, since that is about what a 10k is. Coming back from the half marathon, I just got sick with the flu and haven't been able to train at all. But I need to do this walk today. I will feel better doing it. I need to see what my pace might be. My last 10k I was at 14:55 minutes per mile. There is no way I will be there today, but I would like to go 15:25 or less.
Tonight we are going out to eat and I am nervous about that... but I am taking it as it comes and going to do my best to eat healthy. Fish is on the agenda, with steamed veggies and a salad. Let's see how I do sticking to that! I worry we will get dessert since it is my birthday this week and this is to celebrate with friends. :)
