Spring has Sprung

Finally, some warm weather. To be honest it's mixed with cold but it seems like spring is finally here! Spring is a great time for starting something new or for the rebirth of an idea. I can't wait to open my windows and let the fresh air in. As the warm breeze clears out the stale air in the house, the ability to get out and breathe that same fresh air seems to have the same effect on my mind and body. A clearing of the cobwebs you could say. I love the snow for awhile but too many days/weeks/months without the ability to get out and about causes me to be depressed and to eat more; and that results in little weight loss. So, tomorrow I start walking outside again. Maybe you will see me walking down the road or maybe you will feel that breath of wind and think of me taking a walk. Maybe that is the inspiration you need to get up and take a walk outside too. My challenge to you is to get outside, breathe in some fresh air and let go of something you've been holding onto all winter...when you get back feel free to share your experience with me and my followers.
