It works if you do it

I know that this probably sounds obvious, but I'm going to write it anyway. A weight loss program works when you do it. Stay within your goal + drink your water + work out + write it down = lose weight. The problem is, I find, to actually put together all the pieces of the equation in order to meet your goal. I have really been sticking to the program for the past 2 weeks, and have found that I have actually seen the scale go down. Now the trick is to keep it up for the next two weeks, and then the next two, and the next two. But for now, I figured that I would put in writing what I have known all along. Saying you are on a diet is one thing, but keeping to the program is something else altogether, and the only thing that ultimately will make any difference.
