Changing habits takes time but it's time well spent

Isn't this true? It's all a process when I get serious about changing habits. It requires cleaning out cupboards and refrigerators. Not totally - out of respect for others that live with me, but my items go to eye level and in clear containers. I start journaling again which makes a huge difference. I keep track of exercising and try to start a streak. It's always a challenge but it's time well spent. My body feels so much better eating healthier, drinking more water, exercising that I don't know why I don't remain consistent. Life gets in the way usually and the streak is broken and then it's difficult to resume. But I always do and am focused today. Day 2....
Reminders are important in key places. Are you drinking water right now? Have you had breakfast today? Are you making healthy choices? Did you have an am snack? Did you fit in exercise? Change is good!!!!
