My last day of vacation at home before returning to work. I have truly enjoyed it and feel I've accomplished alot. I've started some streaks tracking food (5), Exercising (5), No mountain dew (5), Water 9+ (2/5)...this is a hard one for me but will continue working at it! I was going to get up at 5:00 and get readjusted for the work day again but went back to sleep for one hour. I wanted to hit the Treadmill right away, Day #3 of 6 Minute Morning Workout, Strength Training Day as soon as I got up but decided to view Spark People and have coffee instead. I will exercise before eating breakfast. I feel things are going well and my routine will get into full swing when back on a work schedule. I'm enjoying today.
