I have been sparking for 2 weeks and have lost 4.4. I have also been walking. This is week 5 of walking and am able to walk for 3 miles now. It feels good to be taking care of me again. I really hate it when I am not taking care of myself. When I allow myself to be so busy and tired that I am in survival mode. I want to live. I want to live well.
