I didn't met all my goals last week, but I did more than usual, so I'll call that a win
Monday - Walk with CW - Done!
Tuesday - depending on how my echocardiogram goes - Gym Arc Trainer/ ST Circuit
Wednesday - Arc Trainer (St circuit if not done Tuesday)
Thursday - Rest (unless I don't go Tuesday)
Friday - Arc Trainer
Saturday - SHOPPING! Lots of walking
Breakfast - fiber one chocolate, milk, coffee, cream and sugar
Snack - greek yogurt
Lunch - salad topped with chicken, carrots, mushrooms and tomato vingerette dressing
Snack - kashi bar or nuts or fruit cup
Dinner - Chicken noodle casserole (skinnytaste)
Life - working in our yard since it's getting nice out!
