2012 FOCUS


Kettle bell boot camp Feb-April: M, W, F mornings 2 weeks Done & WON!!!

7K on St. Pat's Day March: ran 10 min mile and continue to train in the final week
Done & had a blast!!!

Aids Walk in May - could not do

** Tore my ACL playing softball and had surgery. RECOVERING.

3Day for the Cure, 60 miles - August - serving as crew this year

Reading - Intuitive Eating

    Plan your work and work your plan and success will be yours. Remember, you plan is not carved in stone and can be modified if need be like for a torn ACL.
