Day 90 of P90X

I was super excited to finish day 90 of P90X yesterday. It just feels so good to make goals and accomplish them. My goal was to finish it by the middle of May and I did!! So, I lost 13 lbs. and 13 inches total since Jan. 1st. My clothes are starting to fit a little looser, and baggy t-shirts are getting a little baggier.

I challenged my brother to work out for the next month, and when I go to visit my family in Illinois whoever loses the most weight by then gets a free meal from the other one. It is just he and I going to dinner. That should help motivate me to not lose this challenge by losing more weight. I try to eat healthier and workout consistently.

    Be careful with Insanity... Especially if you were happy with the p90x results. Yes, it IS insane, but it completely removes all weight lifting from your routine unless you choose to do that on your own. I've done both, and sweat my butt off doing insanity, but actually gained a little weight and lost some of the strength I had before starting! Just sharing my own personal experiences... I would consider insanity again, but would also be sure to get in some weight training a few times per week too.
