Insanity day 1 and 2

I started Insanity 5/9/13. I felt pretty good after the workout. I took a Recovery drink. Today I did day 2 of it. I felt wiped out. I definitely had another Recovery drink. Very much needed. I also worked out at the Y this morning. I walked a mile in 20 minutes, so not too fast. Then, I did an elliptical machine for 40 minutes. To cool down I rode a bike slowly for 25 minutes. Lots of working out today. Sometimes, I don't get to do one on the weekends. I definitely need the day of rest on Sunday.

A milestone for me is that I made it under 200 lbs. today!!!!! I haven't seen that in over 2 or 3 years. That was wonderful!!
