I'm doing it!

I made up my mind last Sunday and I've been tracking and exercising since Monday (stepped up my game plan). I stepped on the scale today ( I couldn't wait a full week) and discovered I lost 4 lbs. Such a nice surprise! I had a feeling I had lost some weight....but 4 lbs!!! It's motivating me even more! On Sunday I'll take my measurements and weigh myself again. Maybe I'll have yet another surprise for Mother's Day. This gal is determined!!!!

I'm not going to yo yo anymore. The weight is coming off...and STAYING off this time!
I'm feeling better because I'm eating right... and the exercise is making me sleep better so I feel well rested. The zumba class is helping me tone. My muscles are letting me know that loud and clear...and it feels great.

Busy weekend ahead. Getting up early to Zumba again tomorrow, visiting my parents after that, then off to buy a lawn mower (mine is shot and the grass is...well, the yard looks like a and then will be mowing some in the afternoon, weather permitting, and finishing up on Sunday, most of Sunday because I'll have to go slow with the grass so high. But it's exercise.. that's how I psych myself into doing it.
