Spark Solution is Working For Me!

I decided to try the Spark Solution Program because of a couple reasons:

#1 – I had been losing very slowly, and had stalled at a 6-week mini-plateau.

#2 – The program said it would help reset your metabolism – which is definitely something I needed.

#3 – Purchasing the book came with free exercise DVDs which I know I needed to keep me interested. Even though they are beyond my some of my abilities … I learned to adapt the routines to my current physical state.

The program focused on cooking your own foods, eating lots more vegetables (for breakfast!). I must confess I was (an am still a bit) overwhelmed with the food program as I am not one who likes to cook. But I committed to trying this for two weeks to see what would happen. I didn't follow it strictly, as I don’t like predictability. So, I swapped/switched the meals from the first week to suit my tastes. I really enjoyed making a spinach/veggie egg scramble tortilla, for example. It was also very helpful to have a pdf link for the printed shopping lists. Now, I know what healthy foods I should keep around the house!

I loved all the insider tips as I need as much motivation as I can get from this journey I’m on. But, I would sum it up for me in my words is to have the motivation to Keep the Momentum Going … don’t slack, don’t forget, be patient, be consistent, etc. Plus the big one to Move More!

RESULTS: YES!! I got off a six week mini-plateau, dropped TWO pounds this week which put me in a different pants size!

My goal for this coming week is to keep reading the book, find new ways to move within my flexibility range!

It seems that as we are 'the experiment of one' we must keep coming up with new and ingenious methods to improve our bodies. I'm glad I purchased the Spark Solution!

    Wow. 2 lbs is huge! Congratulations on stepping out of your comfort zone and giving something new a try. Can't go wrong with eating more vegetables and MOVING MORE (I say this while I'm sitting at my computer when I should be outdoors). Good for you. Best wishes for future success, too.

    So Happy you're giving it a try. . .and it sounds like it's working well for you. . .Losing 2 pounds is a great start for the new program you're on. I still need to read the first section as I have the last chapter in it to read yet. So, I haven't read about the food and exercise part of it yet. I hope it also gives my metabolism a big boost as I think it's slower than ever now emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon . I need to start exercising again, good for you for moving more. . .You are living the Healthy Lifestyle that I haven't done too well on recently. . .I hope your success continues and you can share with us what works and what doesn't for you. I am really proud of you Jackie!! You already look great and will begin to feel better and wear even smaller jeans and wear your yellow polka dotted bikini again soon--LOL!!

    Jackie, glad the Spark Solution has been helpful to you. Do you think it is new information or perhaps presented in a different way? It sounds similar to other info I've read and studied...move more, add veggies, etc, etc. Not discounting it, but I truly didn't want another "how to" book sitting on my shelf, and I thought the promos sounded a bit that way. Anyway, the important thing is that it is working for YOU!! And, that is always a good thing, no matter what we do to make things better. Hugs and love, Jeannie
