Spark Solution is Working For Me!

I decided to try the Spark Solution Program because of a couple reasons:
#1 – I had been losing very slowly, and had stalled at a 6-week mini-plateau.
#2 – The program said it would help reset your metabolism – which is definitely something I needed.
#3 – Purchasing the book came with free exercise DVDs which I know I needed to keep me interested. Even though they are beyond my some of my abilities … I learned to adapt the routines to my current physical state.
The program focused on cooking your own foods, eating lots more vegetables (for breakfast!). I must confess I was (an am still a bit) overwhelmed with the food program as I am not one who likes to cook. But I committed to trying this for two weeks to see what would happen. I didn't follow it strictly, as I don’t like predictability. So, I swapped/switched the meals from the first week to suit my tastes. I really enjoyed making a spinach/veggie egg scramble tortilla, for example. It was also very helpful to have a pdf link for the printed shopping lists. Now, I know what healthy foods I should keep around the house!
I loved all the insider tips as I need as much motivation as I can get from this journey I’m on. But, I would sum it up for me in my words is to have the motivation to Keep the Momentum Going … don’t slack, don’t forget, be patient, be consistent, etc. Plus the big one to Move More!
RESULTS: YES!! I got off a six week mini-plateau, dropped TWO pounds this week which put me in a different pants size!
My goal for this coming week is to keep reading the book, find new ways to move within my flexibility range!
It seems that as we are 'the experiment of one' we must keep coming up with new and ingenious methods to improve our bodies. I'm glad I purchased the Spark Solution!
