so my weight lately was doing what I thought was good, losing about a pound or so each week but lately starting gaining again.
So I looked to see what was going on, was I not eating right? Or eating the wrong kind of food, not exercising? What gives here people? (That is what the grands say when things are going wrong) So I think I know what is happening here. Suppose to work a regular schedule of 8 hours from 7am to 3:30pm but with my new job I find myself coming in irregular hours & working later on different days. Still have to get up at 5 am to get dgd, dh & ds up & out of the house, do some housework & walk the dog on the mornings I don't go in early. So I have breakfast at home the reg time of 7 but by the time I get to work I'm starving by 11 or 12 & my lunch isin't until 2. And instead of grabing a healthy snack, I grab a cookie or cupcake. Bad girl. And this is messing up my sleep patterns also. Going to have sit down & rethink everything & include the days I may be off schedule & plan for those hungry monster times.
