Perfectionist?

My plan was to blog every day, but that's unrealistic. Then, when I missed the first day this month, I almost gave up. My problem is I fall into that, "Well, it's not perfect, so I might at well stop." Not this time. So I didn't blog for a few days when I planned to blog every day this month. I'm not perfect and the goals I set here aren't going to be perfect either. I just need to do what I can when I can.

That's all any of us can do. We aren't perfect every day, but a slip up is only that. Today I went to a graduation party and gave myself permission to eat what I wanted only not to much.
