Goals for BLC22

I've pondered about what goals to set for this round of BLC, and I keep coming back to the same goals I've worked on in the past - with just a minor tweaking. They are basic, easy to remember, doable, and effective.
W: Water - Drink 8 glasses of water at least 6 days a week.
I: Intake - Eat in moderation, and make healthy choices,
Eat at least 2 servings of vegetables every day (team streak)
S: Sleep - Get 7 hours of sleep at least 5 nights a week.
E: Exercise - Exercise at least 20 minutes a day, 5 days a week (BLC22 streak)
I hope these goals will help me to develop healthier habits and result in: weight loss (at least 10 pounds), more energy, and increased confidence.
