It's been 4 weeks of very careful eating and intense workouts and ALOT of heavy lifting. I haven't really lost much. Only about 6 lbs, but I'm in a smaller jean size & some of my clothing that didn't fit before, fits now. My goal is really to decrease my fat and lean out. I've been working on gaining the knowledge of what my macros should be and how to plan my meals accordingly...it's HARD. I don't even know if I've got my macros figured right, but I'll try and see where it takes me. Tomorrow I'll post a 4 week progress pic. It might not show much difference, but the fit of my clothing is showing some.
