One day down, 6 to go

Day one of Rich's new diet program is down. It actually wasn't bad. He did really well. He ate NO processed food what-so-ever. Me, on the other hand I did cave after dinner and ate 4 little chocolate easter eggs that were still in the snack bin. I think the hardest thing for me to give up is that after dinner sweet. I have had something sweet after dinner now for 10 yrs?? nothing major, just 1 piece of hard candy satisfies me. Today though I think I will have to add some meat to my dinner. I plugged all my numbers in for the day (today) and I fall way short 888 calories. The pasta dish that I'm making I had already planned on adding some chicken tenders for the kids. I think I will add a serving for myself just to put me closer to the 1,200 mark.

Think I'm going to go do a dvd real quick....30 minutes is about all Ihave to spare. Maybe 30 later on. I need to work on my arms....just noticed some jiggle to the tricep area....ewww.
