What was I thinking?

I posted a gain this week, and I am not happy about it. But, as I thought back over the week, I realized where I had been a bit of a wild child. OK, that's a complete understatement.
Here are my goals for this week to turn the boat around (before it gets any lower in the water). I will:
Check in with my team daily
Eat at least 1 home cooked meal a day (will shoot for more)
Record my food and exercise
Here's hoping for a nice loss next week!
