I jogged! and I didn't keel over...lol

So after my meltdown I have been even more motivated. I jogged today! Not far, but several times and got in an hour of cardio there PLUS I went swimming with the kids and the big silly dog. Then I had tacos for dinner...only I didn't have a shell of any kind, no sour cream, reduced fat cheese, reduced fat refried beans, and turkey meat..Yep, I'm VERY serious this time.
THEN the ultimate...tonight I made myself a little taco salad of sorts after the softball game, I had plenty of calories left to eat something...but I ended up throwing half of it away because I knew I was getting a little full and I didn't want to get FULL full and stretch my stomach which is obviously shrinking out. I am really loving this new way of treating my body.
I am a little bit worried about saturday and my husband's family reunion...everyone brings CARB loaded dishes..so I guess I'll bring a salad and just eat that. I not only CAN do this, I AM doing it!
