This stubborn scale is not changing.
Inches haven't come off.
I workout every day. Sometimes twice a day. Sometimes more than that. I burn between 500-700 calories a day working out.
Maybe I need to up it.
Maybe I need to give up. Give up negative thoughts. Give up feeling bad about myself. Give up butter. Give up cookies. I can't give up coffee but I did give up sugar.
I will give up. I will give up thinking that I'm less than perfect. I'm going to give up worrying about other people's opinions.
Ill tell you what I won't do though. I'm not going to quit! I have too much to lose and too many people to be healthy for.
