Hello! It has been a little while since I've checked in here. Still trying to lose weight and realized that I was falling off track again. Logging in does help make me consistent. The problem is that I love to eat and need to find more time to exercise. I've been working too much - have a sit down job. Although, my work is very important - I need to find more time to be healthy plus manage a family on top of that. Because my family and I are also very important! I feel blessed with my life but things can be overwhelming at times. Working on the food shopping list today so looking on here for some different healthy ideas to spice things up! How is everyone?
