Small losses are STILL losses!! & Before pics

Okay so I went to my weigh in today and I only lost .2 lbs, now some people would be really discouraged, but given the holiday weekend, the heat killing my outdoor workouts and the fact that I lost 7.2 lbs last week and I'll TAKE it! I am not going to be disappointed or let this set me back, I had a week not too long ago where I gained and this week was NOT a week like that. I am so very thankful for the turn around in my metabolism.

Now for some very embarrassing but NECESSARY before pictures.

    You have my admiration for posting your before pics - It is so hard to do, but you will be so glad you did when you reach goal. Small loss is a loss. Sounds like you had a great week followed by the notorious "week 2". Keep at it sister, you can do this!

    .2 loss after a HUGE loss last week is very understandable.

    Congrats on your progress! Don't let the scale discourage you, even if it goes up. Women's body can do that. Just keep going and doing your best.

    You will get there!
