30 Day Shred - FAIL

I tried, and tried, but, I just couldn't seem to keep at it. That "simple" workout is sooooooo hard. Maybe if I try to get a little more conditioning in, I can attempt it. I started a new job in April. Lost a total of 10lbs so far. I'm going to try and lose a few more lbs by August and attempt to do the 30 Day Shred again. Thanks to all of the positive and motivating comments on my previous blog. I hope when I attempt it again I'll do you all proud.
