Ebb and flow

I hope that I am not the only person that seems to go through phases with fitness. I've stuck with it long enough that the basics are true habits. Even when I'm not full throttle I make healthy choices. That's how I have been going through the last two few weeks. The month of June was kick ass. I dropped like 17 pounds and felt awesome. I took a tiny break during the 4th of July and then I started working a summer camp right after that. That was last week. And it damn near kicked my ass. I was tired every day. I was making semi-smart food choices, but they could have been better.

This week I am doing much better. I have done all of my planned workouts so far. And my eating has been fairly clean. Now I'm ready to buckle down and really focus. My goal is to go back to work in the fall and have people NOTICE that I have dropped some weight.

My first mini goal was 317 and I hit it in June. Next stop is 307. Here we go!!
