3.6 miles down--46.4 more miles to go

I did my run today. 3.6 miles in 36 minutes. My legs are very sore tonight. My lower legs are super tight but I'll live. I also did a bunch of arm exercises this morning, I have a feeling I'll be feeling that workout in the morning. 3.6 isn't that bad. I'll do the 3.6 for the remainder of this week and I think next week I'll bump it to 4 miles.

I've been looking at think that is the name of the website. Interesting stuff, learned all kinds of stuff, stride, form etc...I have some things to work on. Its a learning expierence that is for sure. I'm enjoying it and I'm glad I have found something that I truly look forward to doing. I have always been one to enjoy exercise. I like that "high" feeling after a great workout. To really find something that I really enjoy is a great feeling. I do believe though, I might be driving Rich crazy with my running though. I really think he isn't happy about my next 5k being at 9 in the morning??? He hasn't said anything, its in how he reacted when I said 9am..

I wish the scale would move a little quicker though...that part is driving me nuts. All this running and exercising the scale isn't moving fast enough. I've been holding at 144 for the longest time. 145 was even longer. I had to work 2 months to go down a single pound....BUT my eating habits aren't that great. I have done a good job this week. The processed foods this week has greatly been reduced. Tons' of fresh fruits and veggies, less meat. I still have had my chi tea though. That I can't give up just right yet.
